Description [0001] The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing manufactured articles in breast milk. [0002] It is known that the need to renew the manufactured products and to always seek new ones in order to better distinguish the same from those of the competition is particularly felt in many industrial and commercial sectors. [0003] This requirement is felt, in particular, in the sector of jewelery articles consisting of pendants, earrings, rings and necklaces. [0004] In particular, the emotional value of these artifacts is a fundamental aspect that influences their commercial success. [0005] It is in fact known that the tendency to search for unique and customizable artifacts according to the needs of customers is currently widespread. [0006] Against these needs, motherhood represents a unique moment, and a high emotional value in the life of a woman and those close to her. [0007] In fact, it is increasingly common to give, or collect, objects linked to this particular period. [0008] However, at the present time there are widespread items of jewelry reproducing the features of a child or a child, or parts of their bodies such as feet or hands. [0009] Alternatively, jewelery articles are used which reproduce the forms of objects commonly used during maternity, such as prams or baby bottles. [0010] It is easy to understand how these artifacts present little emotional value. [0011] In fact, although satisfactory from the aesthetic point of view, they are not unique and on the contrary are mass produced on a large scale. [0012] Even in the case in which these artifacts are produced on an artisanal scale, the aesthetics of the latter is merely representative of the experience of motherhood, without however being provided with an intrinsic emotional value attributable to it. [0013] Added to this is the fact that none of these artifacts is an object of sharing between mother and child. [0014] In fact, only the shapes of the aforementioned artifacts can be traced back to motherhood, without however representing it in the consistency of the object. [0015] This means that the emotional value of each artefact is merely linked to the memory of the event, without the latter being soaked. [0016] The main task of the present invention is to devise a process for manufacturing manufactured articles in breast milk which allows to satisfy the aforementioned requirements by producing an innovative, original and exquisite workmanship product. [0017] Another object of the present invention is to devise a process for manufacturing manufactured articles in breast milk which allows to create a product for sharing the bond between mother and child. [0018] Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing manufactured articles of breast milk which allows to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks of the known art in the context of a simple, rational, easy and effective use and cost content. [0019] The objects set forth above are achieved by the present process for the manufacture of manufactured articles in maternal milk having the characteristics of claim 1. [0020] Other features and advantages of the present invention will become more evident from the description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment of a process for manufacturing a manufactured article in breast milk, illustrated only by way of non-limitative example in the accompanying drawings of drawings in which: fig. 1 is a schematic representation of the process for manufacturing manufactured articles in maternal milk according to the invention. The process comprises at least one supply step 1 of a collection vessel 3 containing a sample of breast milk 2. [0021] It is not excluded that the process comprises a freezing phase of the breast milk sample 2. [0022] After the freezing step, the procedure involves a thawing phase of the breast milk sample 2. [0023] Specifically, both the freezing and the thawing phase are subsequent to the supply phase 1. [0024] At this point, the process comprises a step of heating 5 of the breast milk sample 2 at a working temperature above 20 ° C. According to a preferred embodiment, the heating step 5 comprises a working temperature above 80 ° C. [0025] The heating step 5 takes place by means of an electric plate of a type known to the person skilled in the art. [0026] It is not excluded, however, that the heating step 5 can also take place by means of a microwave oven, or a gas plate, of a type known to the person skilled in the art. [0027] More specifically, the heating step 5 comprises a boiling phase of the breast milk sample 2. [0028] Once the breast milk sample 2 has reached a tumultuous state typical of boiling, the heating phase ends 5. [0029] Furthermore, the process comprises a first mixing step 6 of a degreasing agent 7 to the breast milk sample 2 to obtain a primary mixture 8. [0030] The degreasing agent 7 comprises acetic acid. [0031] Preferably, the acetic acid is present in a concentration by weight, evaluated with respect to the total weight of the degreasing agent 7, greater than 3%. Advantageously, the degreasing agent 7 comprises white vinegar. Usefully, the degreasing agent 7 consists of white vinegar. [0032] According to a preferred embodiment, the degreasing agent 7, i.e. the white vinegar, is added to the primary mixture 8 in a percentage by weight, evaluated with respect to the total weight of the primary mixture itself, higher than 0.5%. Preferably, the degreasing agent 7 is added to the primary mixture 8 in a percentage by weight, evaluated with respect to the total weight of the mixture above, substantially equal to 1%. [0033] It is specified that in the context of the present discussion, the expression "vinegar" means a product obtained from material of agricultural origin containing starch and / or sugars and obtained through an alcoholic and acetic fermentation process. [0034] Preferably, vinegar is wine vinegar, that is white vinegar. It is not excluded, however, that the vinegar is chosen from the group comprising: apple vinegar, honey vinegar, whey vinegar, rice vinegar, cane sugar vinegar, persimmon vinegar, peach vinegar and vinegar of molasses. [0035] It is also not excluded that the degreasing agent 7 consists of a mixture of components also comprising wine vinegar. [0036] Furthermore, the process comprises a sedimentation step 9 of the primary mixture 8 following the boiling step. [0037] The sedimentation step 9 has a duration of more than 40 minutes. Preferably, the sedimentation step 9 has a duration substantially equal to 60 minutes. [0038] The addition of the degreasing agent 7, that is of white vinegar, determines the denaturation of the proteins of the maternal milk sample 2, in this case of casein. [0039] In other words, the denaturation of proteins determines the formation of protein clots which can be easily isolated by means of a solid / liquid separation. At this point, the breast milk sample 2, in this case the primary mixture 8, comprises a liquid fraction 19, and a solid fraction 20 consisting of denatured protein clots. [0040] The separation of the solid fraction 20 from the liquid fraction 19 takes place by means of a filtering step 10 of the primary mixture 8. [0041] As easily deducible, the filtering step 10 is subsequent to the first mixing step 6. [0042] The filtering step 10 is performed by means of a filter element 11 of a type known to the person skilled in the art. [0043] The separation of the solid fraction 20 from the liquid fraction 19 determines the formation of a filtrate 4. [0044] The process then continues with a second mixing step 12 of a polymerizing agent 13 to the primary mixture 8 to obtain a final mixture 14. [0045] In detail, the polymerizing agent 13 is added to the filtrate 4. [0046] The polymerizing agent 13 comprises at least one of a thermosetting resin and a thermoplastic resin. [0047] According to a preferred embodiment, the polymerizing agent is of the type of a thermosetting resin. [0048] The thermosetting resin is selected from the group comprising: epoxy resin, phenolic resin, amide resin, polyurethane resin, unsaturated polyester resin, silicone resin, and alkyd resin. [0049] Preferably, the thermosetting resin is an epoxy resin. [0050] The aforementioned epoxy resin is of the two-component type, i.e. it comprises a resin matrix and a hardening matrix. [0051] This two-component resin has a catalysis ratio between the resin matrix and the hardening matrix substantially equal to 100: 60. [0052] It is also not excluded that the polymerizing agent 13 is of the type of a thermoplastic resin. [0053] In this case, the thermoplastic resin is selected from the list comprising: acrylic resin, thermoplastic polyester resin, vinylester resin, polyolefin resin, polycarbonated cones and vinyl polyphlorides. [0054] At the end of the second mixing step 12, the process comprises a step of transferring 15 of the final mixture 14 into a forming element 16 for making a manufactured article 17. [0055] The forming element 16 is of the type of a mold of the type known to the person skilled in the art. [0056] Alternatively, the transfer step 15 provides for the transfer of the final mixture 14 directly onto a containment surface of a preformed jewelery product, defining a coating thereon. [0057] In detail, the transfer step 15 comprises a step 18 for drying the final mixture 14 in the forming element 16. [0058] The aforesaid drying step 18 has an operating time of more than 18 hours. [0059] Preferably, the drying step 18 has an operating time substantially equal to 24 hours. [0060] According to a preferred embodiment, the drying step 18 takes place in the air. [0061] It is not excluded, however, that the aforesaid drying step 18 takes place by means of a suction device, or a system for introducing hot air in the vicinity of the forming element 16. [0062] At the end of the drying step 18, the manufactured article 17 has a hardness substantially equal to 100 Shore. [0063] Moreover, the manufactured article 17 is white in a homogeneously distributed manner: this means that the manufactured article has an integrally distributed color over the entire surface. [0064] In practice it has been found that the invention described achieves the proposed aims. [0065] It is emphasized that the particular arrangement of using wine vinegar allows to obtain a homogeneous final mixture free of components whose degradation causes them to turn yellow over time.
